Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent that the

    Insert "A municipal ordinance adopted under this section may not                                                            
prohibit the hands-free use of a cellular telephone for voice                                                                   
communication."                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so                                                                
ordered, and the new title follows:

    "An Act authorizing a municipality to adopt an ordinance                                                                    
    prohibiting certain uses of cellular telephones while driving in

Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
333(CRA) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                                             
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                          
                                                                                                                                
CSHB 333(CRA) am was read the third time.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Claman rose to a point of order regarding confining                                                              
remarks to the bill before the body.
